Kidney Function and Other Lab Results
- Access on Nephron Report Menu using your Nephron username/password.
- Results include (but not limited to):
- GFR Results (including serum creatinine and cystatin C)
- Renal Panel (including urine protein and urine creatinine)
- Lipid Panel
Neurocognitive Testing

Home BP Feedback Letter
- After you receive the Home BP summary report, use the Home Blood Pressure Letter Template to create a feedback letter to share with families.
