The STAR PI sponsor must review and approve the concept sheet prior to completion of the online Concept Sheet Submission Form.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">Once a concept sheet has been submitted via the online submission form, DMAC staff will review the CS for completeness, assign a README# (tracking number), and assign a Principal Investigator Reviewer.
