accompanying CPET feedback script.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To generate the CPET Participant Feedback letter, sites MUST have a completed CPET Case Report Form (CPET CRF).<\/li>\n<li>After CPET results have been reviewed and documented on the CPET CRF, key\u00a0CPET values highlighted in the CPET CRF are entered into the CPET online form.<\/li>\n<li>Once the required data is entered, the system generates a standardized, editable feedback letter along with a script to support consistent communication of results with families.<\/li>\n<li>The CPET online generator helps ensure consistency in the presentation of CPET findings across study sites while providing clear and understandable language for participants.
