The supplemental document can be downloaded as a <a href=\"https:\/\/statepi.jhsph.edu\/ckid\/download\/276\/investigator\/6548\/supplemental-material_ckid_site_investigators_5_5_22.docx\">Word document<\/a>\u00a0and may be formatted for the journal.<\/p>\n<h4>3) CKiD Grant Numbers<\/h4>\n<p>All four core CKiD grant numbers (U01 DK066143, U01 DK066174, U24 DK137522, and U24 DK066116) must be associated with manuscripts that use CKiD data, along with any additional grant numbers related to ancillary funding.<\/p>\n<h4>4) Publication Acknowledgement<\/h4>\n<p>All publications and presentations of studies utilizing samples or data supplied by CKiD <strong>must<\/strong> include the following acknowledgement:<\/p>\n<p>Data in this manuscript were collected by the Chronic Kidney Disease in children prospective cohort study (CKiD) with clinical coordinating centers (Principal Investigators) at Children\u2019s Mercy Hospital and the University of Missouri \u2013 Kansas City (Bradley Warady, MD) and Children\u2019s Hospital of Philadelphia (Susan Furth, MD, PhD), Central Biochemistry Laboratory (Jesse Seegmiller, PhD) at the University of Minnesota, and data coordinating center (Derek Ng, PhD) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The PMCID is a unique reference number that is distinct from the PMID number assigned in PubMed.
